1.Site Supervisor
Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor at A2K Constructions Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the go-to person on-site, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and making sure timelines and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily on-site operations for residential and commercial builds
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and labour teams
- Monitor progress and quality of work against project timelines and specifications
- Ensure health & safety regulations and site rules are followed at all times
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
Requirements.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Construction Site Supervision or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- CSCS Card (Supervisor Level) preferred
- First Aid Certification desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

2.Junior Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview:
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor at A2K Constructions Ltd, you will support the commercial team in managing project costs, preparing tenders, and ensuring that our construction projects are delivered within budget. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support cost planning and value engineering during project development
- Track and manage project budgets, variations, and payment applications
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for cost-related updates
- Assist in reviewing contracts, scopes of work, and procurement documents
- Creative thinker with a passioParticipate in site visits to monitor progress and assess cost impactsn for staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements.
- Degree (or final-year student) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and budgeting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, with attention to detail and accuracy
- CSCS card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
